今日商品期货走势分化，黑色系期货反弹，双焦午后走升，均涨逾1%，铁矿石翻红，螺纹仍下行；有色金属跌多涨少，沪镍跌逾2%，铜、铝下挫，沪铅飘红；化工品震荡，PVC涨逾1%，燃油跌逾1%；农产品涨跌互现，双粕上行，菜油、菜粕涨逾1%，软商品偏弱，管道保温施工白糖跌近1%。
截止收盘，PVC涨1.75%，焦煤涨1.42%，菜粕涨1.41%，焦炭(涨1.22%；跌幅方面，沪镍跌2.12%，燃油跌1.18%，白糖跌0.98%，豆油跌0.94%。

从城市数量上看，4月70城新建商品住宅价格环比上涨城市数量为62个，较上月减少2城；下跌城市7个，较上月增加2城。二手住宅价格环比上涨城市数量为36个，较上月减少21城；下跌城市34个，较上月增加21城。
